About Us
Watch D.O.G.S. is a program to help bring more positive male interaction to our student population here at Menchaca Elementary. We currently meet on the first Friday of the month to play with our Kinder to 5th grade students.
Goals for 2019-2020
We would like to grow our volunteer list to offer more opportunities on the first Friday of the month. Increased numbers will also allow us to provide Pre K with a chance to participate in Watch D.O.G.S. Finally, we would lke to offer specific events to be sponsored by our Watch D.O.G.S. program (ex. oversee parking at Mustang Round Up.

Q: What if I can't make if to every event?
A: No problem. Every hour that you can be here helping the kids is a big win for our community.
Q: Do I have to be a Dad?
A: No. Grandfathers, Uncles and Fathers are all welcome. Our goal is for encourage as much positive male interaction as possible for our student population.
